THE UNCHARTED CEO ROI GUARANTEE - TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective Date: August 12, 2024
1. GUARANTEE OVERVIEW
The Uncharted CEO program ("Program") offers a conditional Return on Investment ("ROI") Guarantee whereby eligible participants who fully complete all Program requirements but fail to achieve measurable ROI may receive additional one-on-one coaching support until ROI is demonstrated.
This is NOT a money-back guarantee. This is a performance-based coaching continuation guarantee.
2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for the ROI Guarantee, participants ("You") must complete ALL of the following within the first 60 days of Program commencement:
2.1 ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS
- Attend 100% of live sessions OR watch 100% of session replays within 72 hours of release
- Attend the October 7 Team Training session OR watch replay within 48 hours
- Participate in ALL scheduled Q&A sessions or submit questions in advance if unable to attend
2.2 COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS
- Complete ALL module assignments within 7 days of module delivery
- Submit ALL required assessments with genuine, thorough responses (minimum 250 words per assessment question)
- Complete and submit weekly implementation reports (minimum 500 words) documenting actions taken
- Build and deploy ALL required AI tools as instructed
- Create and submit detailed 10-Year Vision including: daily life description, income requirements, housing goals, business vision, and cash flow assessment
- Create and submit Investment Philosophy document (one-page, minimum 400 words)
- Complete Spouse/Partner Alignment worksheet and provide evidence of joint planning session
2.3 IMPLEMENTATION REQUIREMENTS
- Implement a minimum of 3 revenue strategies from Module 1 with documented tracking
- Complete full Profit Leak Analysis with line-by-line P&L review
- Open at least one new investment account based on Module 4-5 strategies
- Delegate minimum 5 tasks/decisions using Module 6 frameworks
- Create and implement at least 3 SOPs for clinic operations
- Conduct and document at least 2 team meetings using provided frameworks
2.4 DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS
- Maintain detailed implementation journal with daily entries (minimum 200 words/day)
- Provide monthly P&L statements showing baseline and current performance
- Submit before/after time audits showing hour allocation changes
- Document all AI tool usage with screenshots and results tracking
- Provide photographic/video evidence of implementation where applicable
3. ROI MEASUREMENT CRITERIA
ROI is defined as demonstrable financial improvements that will generate value exceeding your Program investment over a 12-month period. All monthly improvements are annualized for ROI calculation purposes.
3.1 CALCULATION METHOD
Monthly Improvement × 12 = Annual ROI Value
Examples:
- $500/month revenue increase = $6,000 annual ROI
- $300/month profit leak savings = $3,600 annual ROI
- $200/month from new service = $2,400 annual ROI
- 5 hours/week saved at $200/hour = $52,000 annual ROI
3.2 QUALIFYING IMPROVEMENTS
REVENUE INCREASES (Annualized)
- New patient/client monthly revenue × 12
- Increased average transaction value × monthly transactions × 12
- New service line monthly revenue × 12
- Improved retention rate value × 12
COST REDUCTIONS (Annualized)
- Monthly overhead savings × 12
- Staff efficiency improvements × 12
- Vendor/supply negotiations × 12
- Tax strategy savings (as calculated by CPA)
NEW INCOME STREAMS (Annualized)
- Monthly speaking/consulting fees × 12
- Digital product average monthly sales × 12
- Investment returns (documented monthly average × 12)
- Partnership or sponsorship income × 12
TIME VALUE (Annualized)
- Weekly hours saved × 52 × your effective hourly rate
- Automated task hours × 52 × replacement cost
- Delegation savings: (Your rate - Employee rate) × hours × 52
3.3 ROI THRESHOLDS
Total annualized improvements must exceed:
- Standard Program: $5,495 (minimum $458/month in improvements)
- VIP Program: $10,997 (minimum $917/month in improvements)
3.4 DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS
All improvements must be:
- Measured over minimum 30 days to establish monthly average
- Directly attributable to specific Program strategies implemented
- Documented with financial statements, contracts, or system reports
- Sustainable improvements (not one-time events)
- Verified by participant's CPA or financial professional where applicable
Note: Projected or anticipated improvements do not qualify. Only actualized, documented improvements measured over at least 30 days can be counted toward ROI.
4. GUARANTEE ACTIVATION PROCESS
4.1 NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
To activate the ROI Guarantee, participants must:
Step 1: Complete 100% of Program Requirements (Within 60 days)
- Every module, assignment, and assessment must be fully completed
- All AI tools built and deployed
- All implementation requirements documented
- No partial credit for partial completion
Step 2: Submit Formal ROI Guarantee Request (Day 61-65) Include comprehensive documentation package:
- Implementation Portfolio (minimum 50 pages) containing:
- All completed assignments with timestamps
- Daily implementation journal entries
- Before/after financial statements
- Time audit comparisons
- Photo/video evidence of all implementations
- Screenshots of AI tools in use
- Team meeting recordings/notes
- Spouse/partner alignment documentation
- Financial Analysis showing current monthly improvements and annualized projections
- Sworn attestation that all work was completed as required
4.2 REVIEW PROCESS
- Dr. Lauryn Brunclik and team will review submission within 14 business days
- Additional documentation may be requested
- Phone interview required to discuss implementation efforts (recorded)
- Site visit or video tour of clinic operations may be required
4.3 DETERMINATION
- Sole discretion for guarantee approval rests with The Uncharted CEO team
- Partial completion, inconsistent effort, or selective implementation disqualifies guarantee
- Any misrepresentation or falsification voids all guarantees and may result in legal action
5. ADDITIONAL COACHING TERMS
If approved for guarantee activation, participants receive:
5.1 COACHING STRUCTURE
- Frequency: One 30-minute call every 2 weeks
- Duration: Maximum 2 months (4 total calls)
- Format: Video calls via Zoom (recorded for compliance)
- Scheduling: Must be booked within provided availability slots
- Missed Sessions: No-shows or late cancellations forfeit that session
5.2 CONTINUED IMPLEMENTATION REQUIREMENTS
Before EACH Coaching Call, Submit:
- Implementation Report documenting all actions taken since last call (minimum 1,000 words)
- Specific metrics showing progress toward ROI goals
- List of challenges encountered and solutions attempted
- Prepared agenda with specific questions (maximum 5)
After EACH Coaching Call, Submit Within 48 Hours:
- Written summary of coaching recommendations received
- Implementation plan with specific deadlines
- Commitment statement agreeing to complete all recommendations before next call
Between Calls:
- Must implement 100% of coaching recommendations
- Document all implementation with screenshots/photos/videos
- Track daily progress in implementation journal
- No direct access to coach between scheduled calls
5.3 COACHING TERMINATION
Additional coaching immediately terminates if:
- Participant fails to submit required before/after documentation
- Less than 80% of previous recommendations implemented
- Missed or late to scheduled call
- ROI target achieved (documented)
- 2-month period expires
- Any misrepresentation discovered
5.4 FINAL REQUIREMENTS
Upon completion or termination of additional coaching:
- Submit comprehensive case study of implementation journey
- Provide testimonial video discussing experience
- Agree to serve as reference for future participants
- Complete exit survey with detailed feedback
IMPORTANT: The additional coaching is a supplementary benefit, not a guarantee of results. Participants remain fully responsible for implementation and outcomes.
6. EXCLUSIONS & LIMITATIONS
The following circumstances void the ROI Guarantee:
- Force majeure events affecting clinic operations
- Change in ownership or partnership structure
- Reduction in clinic operating hours by choice
- Failure to maintain necessary licenses or insurance
- Legal actions affecting clinic operations
- Intentional non-compliance with coaching recommendations
- Misrepresentation of baseline metrics
- Sharing Program content with non-participants
- Negative public statements about the Program
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- All disputes subject to binding arbitration in Wisconsin
- Participant responsible for all legal fees if claim found frivolous
- Maximum liability limited to Program purchase price
- No consequential or punitive damages available
8. ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
By participating in the Program, you acknowledge:
- The ROI Guarantee requires extraordinary effort and commitment
- Results depend entirely on your implementation
- Past participant results do not guarantee your results
- The Program provides education and coaching, not business management
- You remain fully responsible for all business decisions and outcomes
9. MODIFICATIONS
Roslin Media LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Participants will be bound by the terms in effect at their time of enrollment.
10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement regarding the ROI Guarantee. No verbal representations or promises outside these written terms are valid or binding.
BY ENROLLING IN THE PROGRAM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS.
