For years I had dreams outside of chiropractic I wanted to pursue, but I worried if I chased them, my clinic, team, and patients would suffer.
I’ve spent the last 5 years fixing this problem. It's been a deep dive into who I am as a chiropractor, leader, CEO, and visionary.
It's allowed me to grow my clinic to over $1 million in annual revenue while launching one of the most downloaded podcasts, buying the buildings my clinics are in instead of renting, speaking across the country, starting courses, and purchasing and remodeling a lake home to start an Airbnb.
This is an in depth 10 week program starting Monday, January 22, 2024, designed to help chiropractors remain as effective in their clinic numbers, while nailing down systems, operations, and MONEY so they can start pulling back hours without their ideal life suffering.
The first 2 weeks is building the map, and through numbers and calculations, figuring out how far (or close!) you are to your ideal situation.
Weeks 3-8 we go through Foundations, Feedback, & Friction. How to design YOUR specific clinic to work for you, and not be dependent on your time and energy.
The final 2 weeks is called "the launch pad". Ever heard advice on becoming a millionaire include having multiple streams of revenue? In the final weeks we're going to talk about building your wealth portfolio with different avenues of passive income. Start THINKING like a CEO to build your ideal life and work balance.
Week 10 - The Live Event: Everything caps off with an in-person live event on Friday, April 5 from 8:30am to 6pm (Central Time) in Minneapolis, where we'll party all day and go to a drag show brunch. Just kidding... we're doing more work on thinking and becoming a wealthy chiropreneur.

Analyze where you want to go and why. This provides a filter to put all business, personal and financial decisions through. Giving you more peace about where you're at, what you're doing, and what the plan is.
Investigate current status of your clinic and what the needs are to get to the next phase of the career plan.
How to develop a team that runs without your constant inertia. Realizing that what constitutes a "team" may not be all people. Where can automation give you more time and freedom. What truly is required of you to keep things running.
What are your next steps outside your practice? Where are you going to put your newfound energy and time to begin the steps towards financial freedom.
